Sipz closed! It's now White Dog coffee and it's better and all the ladies are great!

I just went to the Sipz on 32nd had the most awful encounter w/ the snottiest barista I 've ever met! I ordered the same exact drink I ordered the day before the special: 16oz Samoa for 2.75 was told I 'd be paying 4.25, 1 extra for the white coffee sub .50 for the 2 additional shots yesterday I paid 3.25 . When I told her I 've never been charged for white coffee as it says NO WHERE on the menu OR window that white coffee is an additional 1 that I only paid 3.25 for the 2 extra shots she said uuummm ok, i 'll just do that then of course the snot was oozing at this point! . I was then handed a cup of foam no thank you or have a nice day either, just hand off the cup shut the window . I didn 't notice until I was about a block away my blessed little angels were enthusiastically slugging it out in the back, thoroughly distracting me when I picked the cup up out of my car 's cup holder to take the first sip. I popped the lid saw that the foam was about an inch short of the top of the cup at least 2 inches thick! In other words I just paid 3.25 for an 8oz latte in a 16oz cup!!! I turned around pulled back up to the window. I was greeted with a Yeah? snot still just a ' oozing! I said So i 'm a barista at Starbucks I 'm wondering what you would do if I handed this cup of coffee to you? She looked it said It 's foam. Lattes are foamy you know. This one was just an extra foamy one. No apology lemme fix it for you! Just an excuse and a lesson on what a latte is as tho I didn 't know . I told her that in addition to this subpar latte, the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced that is not an exaggeration! how do I get a hold of the owners. I was told that the owners never come in she had no way of getting a hold of them ??? that she wasn 't trying to come of rude, she just can 't hear me cuz it 's really loud in here. The look on her face suggested I just told her that mommy daddy wouldn 't be able to get her school clothes from American Eagle or Abercrombie Fitch this year and that she would have to spend senior year in K-mart brand clothes. I pointed out that her defensive behavior belied her not being able to hear excuse made her i 'm sorry very insincere unbelievable that I would not be coming back not that she cares! and I drove home. I can 't believe I gave her a 1 tip being a barista myself it 's kind of a reflex! , lets hope she doesn 't pull up to my coffee shop cuz she is going to be treated the same way she treated me...this is one case where I 'll be signing off UNhappy Jones!!!

Come here almost every morning when i go to work and absolutly love it. everyone working is super friendly and its in a super convieniant spot.and coffee is amazing.
