Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier, Chris, was extremely rude and even accused me of something I didn’t do. I don't think she should be working there. It was a terrible experience overall.
The customer service here is dreadful. The cashiers are inattentive when you try to ask questions, behaving as though they’re frustrated by having more than one person in line. They are neither helpful nor friendly. If you don’t enjoy assisting customers, perhaps you shouldn't work in the service industry.
Normal Safeway, good selection of products, weekly ad has some good deals, self checkout is speedy as usual.
I visited last night and purchased a dozen roses for $12. However, as soon as I arrived at my destination (which was less than a mile away), I unwrapped them and removed the rubber band, and they completely fell apart. Leaves and petals came off one by one, leaving me with a weak and lifeless bunch. This is unacceptable. I would like a refund. Please see the attached pictures.
I do like shopping at Safeway, but the one thing that disgust me is the products from Signature!! The meat alone is Horrible!! It looks like it's already gone bad, it smells horrible and the taste is horrible. They Really need to get rid of All the Signature brand. My bacon was half rotten when I got up this next morning. It didn't taste good, don't looked worse than the day before. Don't buy any Signature food products. Yuck
