Bake My Day - Spokane Valley

I have been missing kolaches and I was close to having relatives in Texas ship me some. I was so thrilled to have found this place! I didnt even wait to get home before I tore into one of the all time best fruit and cream cheese kolaches. So good, so authentic and I’m sold on this place, if you want a great bakery this place is the best!

Having both a personal relationship and professional relationship with Bake My Day I feel qualified to share that this place in the bee's knees and an absolute must have when in Spokane. For myself, I have sampled most everything on the menu. You will not be disappointed in anything you try. My go to is often the cinnamon roles and the scones.On a professional level, I use Bake My Day to cater my events with their amazing kolaches. The food is top notch but more importantly every single employee I have worked with has been wonderful.

The Kolaches are best! I wish they were available every day! The plain fruit is my favorite ? The owners are very kind and always cheerful when I come in. Everything is delicious and I have a list of things I still want to try!

I just received a free Holiday package that this bakery gave away to businesses in the area, and all I have to say is one word... YUM! The cookies and scones are delicious, so moist and flavorful. I think I'll be stopping by to satisfy the sweet tooth every once in a while. Thank you so much to Bake My Day; you guys made by day!

I visited the restaurant a couple of times only to find them sold out, so I had high expectations when I finally arrived to see that they had some products available. The staff was very friendly. I tried a biscuit and gravy kolache, and while the bread was delicious, the filling was so salty that it was hard to enjoy. I also got the last muffin, which I believe was called Death by Chocolate. It was wrapped in cling film, which should have been a warning about its freshness, as it turned out to be quite dry—definitely disappointing. However, I also ordered a couple of cinnamon rolls, and they were outstanding. We finished our meal with some chocolate chip cookies, which were good as well.
