Hotel ROYAL X - Spittal an der Drau

This must be one of the best places to sit on the lake . For the past 3 years we have returned with the hope to see some improvement , unfortunately not !The snacks and drinks are quite good but the service is always awful. Even when it's not busy the terrace is messy , you are ignored for ages ( other hopeful guests just get up and leave) and then they manage to get the order wrong.You get the feeling you're not welcome !
