Pizzeria Da Giovanni

The best gluten-free pizza ever...ottimo! All pizza, wine and service was excellent, and just off the main street when taking a nice walk, very convenient.

Last night we dined at this restaurant, which has a reputation for having the best pizza in the town. We were not disappointed! The pizza is out of this world. Better than anything I 've come across anywhere in Southern Italy. They specialize in a thin crust pizza with local toppings such as wild mushrooms, local cheeses, Calabrian sausage, fresh herbs, olives. And for those with a taste for the spicy, they make a wonderful diavola version with local chili peppers for which Calabria is famous it was my absolute favorite, tangy but not overpowering. We ate in their spacious dining room. Service was friendly and prompt, and prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had already been at Giovanni's two years ago and I do have to confirm that its starters and its pizza are really delicious!!!
