Enjoy the specialties of the menu prepared by Biagio the owner) a master chef who uses and valorize the product of his land: don’t absolutely miss the pasta with mushrooms, delicious and unique in its taste, followed by a roasted meat with fresh fried potatoes. Special mention to the starters, a plate of tasty cheeses and ham and sausages, perfect to start a meal! Add only some very good red house wine and you have it! Don’t miss it! Enjoy!
Had my 40th birthday there, with my whole family. The place has that unique unassuming charm that you can still find in such little gems in La Sila mountain district in Calabria. Service was second to none, with waiters who may have lacked the refined manners of their more expensive counterparts in city restaurants, but more than made up for that with soulful banter and innate cordiality. And now the food... Seemingly endless, well prepared, not too greasy, local... Wow. Spectacular value for money, too. You would never suspect EUR 20.00 per person could buy you edible (and drinkable) happiness... Just make sure you book and agree a price beforehand. You'll save a lot of money and can then generously tip the staff with some of what you have saved.
