The balcony was just a room where there was a table with some chairs. But it was completely closed on all sides and not open on any side. The room was completely dirty. On the floor were hair and dust, carpet was also full of hair and the corners of the room also. On the sheets, stains were looked like a dried liquid. The room was complete with old furniture. The beds were just in the middle of the room. The towels were probably from old private warehouses and very worn/damaged. After a few years of service, I've never experienced anything like that. We're lucky we haven't seen breakfast anymore.
