I love camp of the woods. Our church has her wife retreat every year for seven years. the sea is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend to stay on the water in one of the cabins. you will not regret it.

This place is heaven on earth. There are not enough good words to describe this vacation destination. Best spot to go and unwind. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!

Great family friendly, faith-focused retreat for the whole (extended) family. Right on Lake Pleasant, there are all kinds of watercraft activities. Hiking and mountain biking are offered as well. They have indoor and outdoor rock walls, zip line, tennis courts, mini golf, shuffleboard, volleyball (indoor and outdoor options), basketball and often they utilize the baseball diamond in town for a clinic for the kids during the week. They offer a chapel service every morning with renowned speakers as well as an engaging “Kids Klub” for the little ones. They offer 3 meals per day (included with most accommodations) and have a cute snack/ice cream shop (The TeePee) with “penny candy” and other novelties.The only downside is that it’s not affordable for everyone. They do have efficiency units at a lower cost (that don’t include meals) to make it more affordable for some families.
