Redwater Kitchen - Spearfish

Excellent service, tasty food, and a wide selection of alcoholic beverages! The restaurant was quite busy, and the teenage host who seated us seemed a bit inexperienced, but it wasn't an issue. The friendly staff made our experience enjoyable, and the fried calamari was incredibly delicious! Highly recommend!!

Stunning spot in Historic Spearfish! The spacious outdoor seating is equipped with heaters for chilly days. The key lime IPA is refreshing and not too hoppy. We thoroughly enjoyed the beet salad, Brussels sprouts, cheese curds, and burgers—all were delicious. The staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely return!

Beautiful culinary experience. Good service, friendly staff. The Calamari Appetizer was very good. The chicken picata was not traditional, and it was AMAZING, the level of lemon, and the boiled slices of lemon, made the dish. The capers were a lot, no repulsion to ingredients or taste. The fish and chips were also excellent and arrived in a healthy part. Great bar!

This was our first visit, and it was truly spectacular! We decided to sit at the bar for a quick bite. The bartender, Adam, welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm. While we waited for our meal, I noticed him carefully inspecting freshly washed glasses to ensure they were spotless. Our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious! I complimented the silverware, and I was pleased to learn that they actually POLISH the utensils to provide their customers with a “great experience.” The prices are reasonable, but the overall experience is exceptional! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This is our favorite place to eat in Spearfish. We have never been disappointed with what we order. Great choice of menu items and gluten free options as well.
