Waffle House - Spartanburg

We had dinner with my 7-year-old, who sometimes has difficulty during outings. The waitress went above and beyond to make our experience special. She cut his waffle for him without me even having to ask, which really relieved my stress. Other staff members were also very friendly and accommodating.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, the table hadn't been cleaned yet when the host invited us to sit down. It took quite a while to receive our drinks, and when the coffee arrived, it was only warm. My daughter's burger was burnt, clearly a sign of carelessness from both the kitchen and the waitstaff. My hash browns were also overcooked. I decided to order a waffle to take home, but when I got back, it was undercooked. I've had much better experiences at other places, including one I visited in Newberry, SC, this summer.

The standout feature of this restaurant is undoubtedly the food! It's always delicious and served hot. The service is consistently friendly and enjoyable. Be sure to visit Brent, Tonya, Mary, Christie, and the rest of the team!

Very busy day. We waited for something. Working well-stocked business with 7 team members. Great friendly service. My favourite place for hashbrowns!

Kitchen upgrade! WOW! They were super busy, but there were 3 cooks and 3 servers plus the manager, I think, that was just calling the tickets. Great staff, full house, good we love!
