Sonic Drive-in - Spartanburg

Went here after a late dinner movie. Soooooooo glad it was open because nothing else was on the East Side apparently. Was able to get an awesome cookie dough blast try their RedBull slush, that was GREAT too! Super fast service like always. Love how I can use my app and get extra discounts too!

I have always had bad experiences at this Sonic from not being answered after 15 min to never receiving the food I ordered, so I stopped going. I chanced it today, and it was a different story. My food was delivered quickly and no rudeness. Also, my waitress Julia actually came back as I ate, asking if there was anything else that she could get me. Never had anyone do that. Happy that I gave this place a second chance.

Terrible experience! Took the fast straight out of fastfood. Spent literally 40 minutes in the drive thru, trying to get a single combo. When I inquired as what was taking so long, the cook came out of the back and promptly let me know that he was theonly one here and doing the best he could and I was just going to have to wait. In the end my food was still wrong and what Ihad got was cold. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted. Terrible experience!

First visit was decent, order was correct however the food wasn't great. Gave it another chance only for the man to only take the first part of my order then not answer again and leave us sitting. Had to pull up to the drivethru window to complete myorder, only to get the incorrect food. (ordered and got charged for a double burger w/ bacon. Got a single patty no bacon). Notto mention the food was cold nasty. Go anywhere else for faster/better service better food.

Waited almost a half hour for someone to answer after I pushed the button to order. Then had to leave because it took too long. Recommendation: adjust your hours and close earlier if you?re not willing to hire more people to man the place. There was onlyone individual on staff when we went by the window. Like people have been saying for years on these reviews. You?re too slowfor fast food. Hire more people or cut back your hours if service if service is going to be nonexistent.
