Moe's Southwest Grill - Spartanburg

Taste was fine but the portions for the bowls were highly skimped on. Barely filled the small ring at the bottom of the bowl.

Placed a mobile order and waited 45 min for it. Ridiculous. Very dirty inside and understaffed.

Slow and dirty. Very dirty dining area and bathroom. Understaffed.

The staff were excellent, professional, hard working, and all that while being understaffed during a dinner rush. They were giving great customer service to a customer waiting on their large to-go order with coupons and last minute additions, all while staying professional and friendly.

This Moe’s was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I absolutely love moes and going to moes this day ruined my day when I was looking forward to my meal. They sat and looked at us in the line while they made 10 online orders before helping us when there was 5 or more people working.
