Dunkin' - Spartanburg

I tried a caramel macchiato for the first time. Didn't know that espresso was so powerful! Be careful in this line. It is usually in the busy street.

Bad service more than 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru is totally crazy they have to go chick bites and at least train there so they can see how service is done...

This is the worst Dunkin' on the East Coast. They get my order wrong every single time. The last time, my wife ordered a coffee, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru. As we were pulling up, they tried to give us a box of Joe and some muffins instead. I just don't get it. Unfortunately, it's the only one nearby, and my wife loves her coffee, so we'd never return if it weren't for that.

If it wasn't bad enough that any other visit to Dunkin leads to an inaccurate order, but now, 11 months into this 'pandemic', when the state of SC has allowed restaurants, with full capacity (for months now) Dunkin on Rediville Rd continues to lock her doors. Today my son is a birthday and he asked if we go and choose his favorite donuts and fill a dozen. Without the ability to go inside and see the selection (what I always loved to do as a child), we decided to go elsewhere. We will not wait on the drive-thru and inconvenience others wait behind us, nor will I use an app to do the same thing I can- and should- be able to do inside. Open your doors like the rest of the state and while you're in it, improve your service. A 3.8 review is embarrassing and so are all these negative reviews I've wasted my time reading this morning.

Very slow! Cars in the road blocking traffic! Employees standing around chillin when could be more productive and get cars moving faster!
