Cook Out - Spartanburg

I received my order incorrectly twice, which required me to return to the restaurant. However, the woman at the window ensured that my order was corrected and even made me a fresh batch of fries.

How can you possibly forget the peanut butter in a PB Banana milkshake?

The food was good; however, the customer service provided by a girl named Brooke was extremely disappointing. I would recommend the restaurant consider letting her go. She was noticeably upset, even yelling that she needed a break and throwing a cup while we were still at the drive-through window.

This was a great find. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. The building was very clean. We were happy with how much food we were able to get at a reasonable price, including delicious shakes! The BBQ sandwich was not the style I prefer. However, the hush puppies and burgers and everything else were terrific!

Love this place. I come here any chance I get, they have affordable and good food. They're shakea are next level too!
