Taco Bell - Spartanburg County

Definitely had an extremely rude experience here. Went to pick up a delivery order and I walk in and nothing is sitting in the delivery pickup window everything sitting behind the counter to where we can't reach it. I get it, people steal stuff, but if you're going to do that be available to hand it to the driver. I waited for 5 minutes and the woman did nothing but take drive-thru orders. She looked over made eye contact with me twice and gave me a look to let me know she didn't appreciate me being there. I finally said something and she said there's only two people working I'll get to you when I can. The lady behind me said there's only one person in the drive-thru. Clearly this woman has a problem. If you're just going to leave two people there, I would not let this woman be one of them. If you're wondering who it is, this occurred at 5:00 p.m. on April 20th so you can review your schedule or the cameras and see exactly how it happened.

The fountain drink area was very messy, and not stocked. However the employees were very friendly and they are very attentive and accurate when making the food. You see, I like my food from taco bell a certain way, I ordered it just the way I like it on the kiosk, and they followed the instructions to the T. I'm impressed. The food was also hot and freshParking: Plenty of room to park. You can park in the back of you have a truck and trailer

Food was made wrong and cold, tomatoes added and not enough chipotle sauce on their chipotle

The self checkout kiosk sucks but the food was good and my order was ready in a timely manner. The employee were not as friendly as they should of been. We need more human interaction not less. Making customer use that kiosk is just plain wrong and taking jobs away from people who could really use it. I would rather have a choice than be forced to use a kiosk.

Its a surprisingly really pretty place. Very sweet people there too
