Burger King - Spartanburg County

Manager, Kevin was very welcoming and polite. Service was fast and food was hot. Enjoyed my meal in a clean atmosphere. Definitely recommend this BK!

Ordered two modified whoppers one with onion rings which are extra really disappointing. Also supposed to be no mayo or tomato!

Gave my order to the car in front of me they went through my food and opened the food. Witnessed it all gave back to the cashier. Received there correct order, drove up and she gave me the bag they had just went through…. Gross come on now do better. Then got upset when I asked them to remake it like it was an inconvenience.

Absolutely terrible management. Asked to simply replace the meat with egg on my double breakfast sandwich and the manager would REFUSE to do it, because it would mess with their inventory . Not respectful of people with food allergy or restrictions at all. Do not go here. Manager was a complete jerk. Egg is cheaper than meat anyway and I was asking to take the meat off and replace with egg! I have never had a problem with this in any other Burger King across the whole United States and we travel a lot! So running into this being a problem for the very first with this particular manager speaks volumes to me. Don 't know who made her a manager, but she does not know how to do her job. Customer Service above all else, ALWAYS. Especially if its something as simple as this. I wish I knew her name, if I find out, will edit my review to add her name also.

One of the best Burger Kings I’ve been too, fast good food, clean bathrooms, polite staff a management! Thanks!
