Just because you are named after an featureless, arid desert basin, doesn't mean your customer service should mirror nothingness. The acai bowl was void of enjoyability, an unattainable mirrage of freshness and health.This location will have a reputation of disappointment, all the way to Texas.

I want to love this Playa Bowl location, but I just can’t. The staff always seems miserable and if you order ahead, it’s never ready when you get there, even 30 minutes later. I often have ingredients in my bowl that I didn’t order. I love playa bowls but this location isn’t as good as others.

Everyone is always very professional an the bowls are amazingKid-friendliness: Have a kids menu for smaller bowls for the kids
