Kanpai - Sparta

I'd like to share that our family recently celebrated my dad's 83rd birthday with a big party, attended by over thirty guests. The service and food were outstanding; our orders and drinks arrived promptly. We really appreciate that our local restaurant is every bit as good as those in the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. I believe everyone else will have their own opinions and evaluations, but we had a fantastic experience!

The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is very friendly. We dine here at least once a week. Currently, they are only offering takeout due to the ongoing pandemic, which has lasted for seven months. I will continue to support them because this is the best restaurant in Sparta, NC.

The food here is outstanding. Our waitress, Maya, is the perfect addition to our experience—like a cherry on top of a sundae. She takes great care of us and is always ready with recommendations for something new to try. Come for the delicious food, and if you can, stay to enjoy the wonderful people!

My husband and I just finished dinner at Kanpai Japanese Restaurant in Sparta Mountain, and we were thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, and the food was hot and fresh. We ordered the F7 from the appetizer menu, and it was fantastic. The restrooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was very inviting. We hope to return soon. - The Huffman Family, Elkin.

We ordered teriyaki chicken and sushi for takeout. The sushi was quite good and tasted fresh. The chicken was very good, the chicken and vegetables are served on a big pile of fried rice with a side of carrots, and soup and salad. We requested 2 soups (with no salad) because the soup is great!
