The Milton Inn - Sparks Glencoe

Can't wait to come back! Best Maryland crab soup! Loved the cook, the historic building, the food, the wine list, menu options. Returned to dinner and lunch. Must be great if the weather is nice and you can enjoy the terrace outside. I don't know why Open Table said it was closed at 8:00. We arrived at 19:55 to see the building in the 1700s, and they were still in service. Orvis shop over the street also looks very cool. Next time!

Absolutely fantastic. We had the handmade cheese plate, poutins, lobster Mac and cheese and salmon with garlic potatoes. The atmosphere was comfortable, everything on and off our plate was beautiful from this world, and it was all so delicious! Our waiter was also fantastic! We also used grouping and it was very easy to do.

We went here for the very time to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. This is such a nice place. The rooms are all different. We sat in the room with the fireplace. Unfortunately it wasn't on the waitress said they only turn it on when it's 32° because it heats the room quickly. The atmosphere was very cozy romantic. Our waitress Sheryl was fantastic. The person who fills your water glass was on top of it our glasses were never empty. The food was beyond delicious. I got the pasta special which was the first time that they ran it. It had colossal crabmeat, jumbo scallops, split lobster tails in a cream sauce with a little bit of spinach. Out of this world a huge portion. My husband got the surf and turf. A 4oz crab cake filet that was 12 oz. For appetizers he got clams casino I got french onion soup. Sooooo delicious. We will definitely be back. I recommend you going giving it a try you won't be disappointed.

Nice restaurant, like back in time. The food is good, although not very imaginative. I had the venison that was excellent, but my husband was disappointed by his fish entree. The Appetizers were very good (Brussels sprouts and mussels especially). But best were the desserts! You have a beautiful old vine Zinfandel through the glass, tried two more reds that were just ok. Although expensive, definitely a beautiful place to celebrate an event as it is elegant and relaxed (and maybe a little old-fashioned)

No special opportunity just wanted some new very romantic atmosphere, the food was I give it a 10 everything was wonderful the waitress was excellent. And friendly people. And yes, I'll be back to try something else, the food was great. I really enjoy the presentation of butter.
