I've been working with several McDonald over the years. And I just wanted to say you're doing an amazing job! Not only was your service very fast and efficient. Your cashier and moderator were very pleasant and pleasant to interact. And above all, my food was SOOOO FRESH! Best McDonald’s I have food in years!! Whatever you do, KEEP DOING IT!!
My granddaughter rated the restaurant four stars, while I would have given it three. Here’s why: I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich with extra pickles, but the three pickles were almost non-existent, so it felt like there were none at all. The sandwich tasted just okay. The two 6-piece Nugget Happy Meals came with cold fries, though the girls enjoyed them. They were also disappointed that one of the meals was missing orange juice. One meal was requested without a toy, but it still came with one. Additionally, there were no napkins provided. The girls played on the playground for only about three minutes while waiting for the food. However, they did enjoy being able to order their meals on the large touchscreen. I appreciate not having to interact with the cashier myself.
I usually don't rate McDonald's because they consistently provide good customer service, but today was different. We decided to use the kiosk to avoid any mistakes with our order, but that didn't help. Several items were missing, including sauces for the kids' meals and drinks for both my wife and me. We also received a burger that wasn't quite right. After I had to go back and wait for the missing items, the manager was kind enough to apologize for the oversight and asked if we were missing anything else. He was a nice guy, and despite the hiccups, the overall experience was positive. Honestly, this is the first time I've felt that McDonald's deserves a review.
I dined here with a friend today, and the food was great—everything I ordered was just right. However, I accidentally left my bag behind and didn’t realize it for almost two hours. When I called to inquire about it, they confirmed they had it but required an ID or proof of ownership. I completely understood. They had even taken the time to check my ID in the back while I was there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was truly impressed by their customer service! Thank you!
