Mcdonald's - Spanaway

This McDonalds always has a long line and long wait times. Their food is not always hot and their service is not always friendly. Their actual parking lot is always jam packed and difficult to navigate.Parking: This parking lot is difficult to navigate and is almost always jam packed.

Service was great, but when I got a cheeseburger and some fries at 11am, the fries were stale and the bread was rock hard. How do you have bad lunch foods if you just switched from breakfast ti lunch?

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff there did their best to ignore me when I already ordered through the app. I was waiting patiently for someone to go out the counter but only when somebody else showed up then they went out. They did not acknowledge me though, they acknowledged the guy who showed up after me. I asked why they ignored me and the manager snarkily said because he was Doordash and he got his order first than me. How am I supposed to know that?? They could've told me they would get his order first instead of ignoring me. Then the manager said to my face that I messed up her night, then proceeded to give me my order without any drinks so it's incomplete. The parents who were at the playplace told me they hated coming there too because of the staff's bad attitude. They just go there for the playplace, not to eat. Last time I also had an issue here where they had me wait more than an hour for 2 happy meals for my 2 kids who were sick and desperately wanted to go home. Me and my kids waited for more than an hour curbside and they didn't tell us why. They would get snarky when I asked why it's taking so long. Finally they said they made a mistake and had given my order to somebody else. They didn't tell me and completely ignored me while the other people who ordered got their food right away, and only when I cried did they say sorry. Very bad customer service and bad attitude overall. You should teach manners to your staff. If they don't like what they're doing, then find another job! Well, they probably can't find anything else cause of their attitude.

Cold fries forgot part of the order. Employees seem pretty unhappy.

I’m a lost for words I hate that this is the closest McDonald’s to me .I literally have to drive out of my way if I want fresh food good service,friendly
