I'm an older woman and a truck driver, so maybe not the very high tips I always leave because wait workers are working hard and I realize that in . . . . but I left after about the 30th time she went from me without drinking so much!
This denny is clean, server are super sweet and eating is delicious. I love the omelettes here it is very cheese. there were two people sitting in front of me and I can't tell them how often he told his partner how good that was eating lol and he was right.
Great food, wonderful service. they always put a smile in my face. Even if it's busy, they still see you.
In a completely empty restaurant went a kerl, greeted us, sat us and took our drink order. After he brought us coffee, he said the server would be right with us. we wanted to order after about 5 minutes and he went to find the server, he said she was right with us and refilled coffee. after 11 minutes the server finally showed up and took our order. the food was ready in a few minutes, but the server was too busy to get it, sat ready for about 3 minutes while it was just a few steps away from the conversation. the greeting has refilled our coffee. eating was good, greeting was very good, server was worthless
There were 4 of us that came in. Myself and a friend came in about a quarter to midnight. I ordered a dessert at midnight which should of only took 10 mins at the most to make. I felt that my patronage was not welcome considering it took over 3 times and almost 3 hours later to get the item I ordered. Everyone else at my table got their food pretty quickly. It's a shame to have ppl that don't care about customers. Plus the employees were not being respectful with what they said and were complaining about their coworkers that worked days not doing their jobs properly. Unfortunately I guess it takes someone to know someone, so it's just reflection upon themselves. I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise as they will lose so many customers because their employees attitudes. If I could rate negatively it definitely would of been close to -8.
