I needed a place to eat after taking the family to the movies (party of 8). The place was clean, the service was excellent and the food was yummy. What was a I jus need a place to feed these hungry kids turned into I will be back every time I 'm in Poughkeepsie and need a place I can count on . Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for the lil ones...who does that lol it was the best idea ever. It kept the kids busy as the food was being prepared. I work in the area and my office orders a lot of food from there weekly. They have always had great food but was VERY disappointed today. I came in around 11:00am and ordered 2 slices and 2 spinach rolls , I get to my car and the spinach rolls were actually cold as ice , so apparently I was given yesterdays rolls that were sitting out all day ! That is very disappointing, if they had them separated and discounted I could see that but they charged me full price for yesterdays food! This is unacceptable, will never be back ! Been ordering delivery or dining in for a couple years from Giacomo’s. Decent pizza, good food, always good service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
