Romeu's Cuban - Southwest Ranches

I've been dining at this restaurant for many years, but tonight I was disappointed. I ordered crispy pork, but it arrived burnt. When I tried to return it, the waiter told me to just eat the middle. He only received half of the tip because of the poor service. If they had taken the dish off the bill, he would have received a full tip. I'm leaving feeling quite upset.

Romeu is an excellent spot for delicious Cuban cuisine. I've enjoyed lunch here multiple times, and it has been perfect every single time. The service is quick, the food is flavorful, and the atmosphere is delightful.

August 2022: ★★★★☆ I visited this location with a small group of coworkers, and we all arrived in separate vehicles. We were seated in the back area where we could comfortably fit at a couple of tables together. We ordered a variety of items from the menu, and everything arrived as we had requested. Our server was prompt in taking our drink orders, and they were delivered without any mistakes. Another server dropped off some delicious garlic bread, which was a nice touch. Our food came out in two waves as different servers brought plates to our table. The server assigned to us was attentive and quick to get us additional drinks. While we encountered a few minor issues during our visit, overall, the experience was quite good. The staff was mostly efficient and quick. However, the fried plantains were not served freshly fried, which impacted their taste and crunchiness.

Super delicious cuban food, customer service was amazing, eager to help, and always smiling, food portions are great, lunch specials are great and good variety of different plates. Overall, I was very pleased with everything.

Excellent Cuban ???????? cuisine, must go to place, Buket list time of thinking. Good for small gathering or Big groups.
