Mcdonald's - Southwest Ranches

Takes forever to make your food, always make mistakes either missing this or missing that, sometimes gets my order wrong, very bad customer service, bad attitude and refuses to provide any help when asking about order. All they say is “we’re busy right now” then proceeds to hang up. Avoid this place if you can.

My fish was tasting a little tart. I ordered a Hawaiian punch drink that tasted like a cherry lime. The food came out quickly but the drinks came out 4 minutes later. When I got home I had to rush into the bathroom. I believe the fish made me slighlty ill.

Super impressed with McDonald's service this time around! Ordered my meal and bam, it was at my table in no time. Seriously fast and spot on with the order. The crew was on their game, getting everything just right without any wait. Made my day with how quick and easy everything was. Definitely hitting this spot again when I’m craving some fast food goodness!

I ordered a whole meal , and I politely ask for sauce and they said I have to pay ?

Waited 35 minutes in a assigned parking space for our food, when we got to our hotel the order was wrong.
