The Royal Oak - Southwark

The bar lady was exceptional on the day of the Semi Final of England in the Euros football competition. She was so kind and even reserved chairs for us. She was a lovely girl, thank you.

This cozy little bar is very charming. I walked quite a distance to reach it since it was the only pub open before 12 that seemed promising. Unfortunately, they don't serve food until noon!

I did not dine at this restaurant so I cannot provide feedback on the food, but I can say they offer a nice variety of Harvey's beer for £5.30 per pint.

A rare gem of a pub. Friendly and accommodating staff served a great selection of perfectly conditioned Harvey's ales.

Staff are really nice and friendly, the Sunday roast was pretty decent. Great spot for a relaxing beer away from the typical chaos of London.
