This restaurant has an excellent layout, it's modern and well-organized with an indoor pool gym and innovative design. The social tables are a unique feature that adds a neo touch to the overall experience.
I had high expectations when I saw Marco Pierre White had his name associated with this hotel restaurant. I was expecting an exciting menu and a wonderful dining experience with my taste buds getting tantalised. As a foodie I love a wide range of food but I was really struggling having read the menu to get excited about any of it. When I go to a restaurant I love to experience meals that I would struggle to cook myself. It was so so basic and uninspiring. I ended up going for a starter of chicken goujons which I felt they couldnt get wrong and a pasta dish with wild mushrooms. I may as well as gone to McDonalds, which would of offered some short burst of flavour, but Marco Pierres offer was all pretty tasteless and dull. No TLC in the cooking at all. A couple of fried mini fillets rocked up with a small dip on the side. Yawn. The pasta had no delicious sauce, it looked like it had been boiled, tipped into a plate and a few fried mushrooms thrown in. It was basically a plate of pasta, tasteless. Wasnt even offered parmesan to give it some seasoning and taste. I didnt bother with a desert, I just wanted to leave. Big disappointment. Marco, you should be ashamed.
We were just looking at the menu after we had been in the Tate ended up staying for food, service was great the staff helpful. It was so nice to eat something so tasty and not over priced.
There are limited choices, but the food is well cooked. The items are available for room service, some are available 24/7. The menu would be enhanced by selection of sandwiches. The only sandwich is a club which is served with chips orbcrisps. It was very good, but huge!
