The Ice Cream Place - Southlake

Our family really enjoys the ice cream here and we've been regulars since we moved to Keller about six months ago. However, tonight we found it quite difficult to overlook the inappropriate attire of the staff serving the ice cream. One employee was wearing a cropped shirt that revealed undergarments, and another seemed to be lacking both shorts and pants. For a family-friendly ice cream shop that caters to children of all ages, I believe a more professional dress code would be beneficial. I wanted to keep this feedback private for the owners, but I'm unsure if that's an option. We truly love your ice cream and your establishment, and as a mother of four young children, I thought you would appreciate my perspective.

What a hidden gem for quality ice cream! The waffle cones elevate the experience even more. The staff is also very friendly.

Absolutely love this place,.....when they have milk. I'm totally perplexed as to how an ice cream store can have run out of milk on three separate visits. Ice cream is good but I would have thought malt milkshakes would be a regular item. Staff are lovely, always nice and helpful. Manager or owner needs to recalibrate their inventory management strategy. Seriously easy fix to a fairly fatal flaw.
