Chipotle Mexican Grill - Southlake

I had a nice experience at the restaurant, although the employee assisting me seemed a bit new or uncertain about my order. Fortunately, we managed to sort it out. I was also happy to have a booth-style seating for my kids, which made our visit more comfortable.

The restaurant was charming and spotlessly clean. The food was exceptional, and the unique drinks were delicious. One interesting aspect was the cute dog that roamed around while we were dining; it was unusual but added a delightful touch to the experience. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it!

A few months ago, I wrote a glowing review for them, but now I’m quite disappointed. I even have a picture of the bay leaf I had to fish out of my son’s burrito bowl. Update: Around 5:30 PM, the manager spoke with us and sincerely apologized for the issues we faced. She offered us vouchers for free burritos and acknowledged that this wasn’t representative of how Chipotle usually operates. She assured us she would address this with her day staff to ensure bay leaves are removed and that customers receive proper portions. Her professionalism and understanding attitude really helped restore my faith in the restaurant. Kudos to her for handling the situation so well!
