South Town Apizza - SOUTHINGTON

Last night, I ordered Caprese Garlic Bread and Angry Pepperoni Spaghetti Meatballs. The pizza was delicious, but I received Mozzarella Garlic Bread instead of the Caprese I had ordered, and a Spaghetti No Meatballs salad with no dressing. I called to inform them of the mix-up and received a very lackluster and insincere apology, along with the standard excuse of having new staff. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but it should not be a regular occurrence. If this continues to happen, they need to make changes and better train their new hires. They took my number and said the owner would call me. We will see how they handle the situation.

I am extremely disappointed. An almost $40.00 order and it was ALL Incorrect. I ordered the new haven special, small with double dough, add ricotta onion and extra olive oil, and 12 wings hot, the pizza was undercooked, they brought it back, still undercooked, for a new haven apizza, it should be well done. The wings have the wrong flavor. We got BBQ TRIED calling but they closed 10 minutes ago. The girl knew my pizza was messed up before I left, and I inquired about a refund, bur she took my number for the owner. I thought when I sent it back, they were remaking it the correct way. With the onions, etc. This place used to be my Go to but now, I feel robbed, we are hungry, and we won 't eat this.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Twice now I 've ordered pizza and when I arrive to pick it up they tell me the ticket is lost . How does that happen on TWO DIFFERENT occasions ??! Everyone is standing around doing absolutely nothing and can 't make a SMALL pizza ??! Service: 1

The hours on the website do not match the hours of the actual restaurant. Website said it says 11:30 a.m. but we got there and it said doesn't open till 4:00 p.m..
