I received a bag full of oil and grease and uncooked fries. It seems like there was a complete disregard for the customer. Sadly, I only noticed this once I got home. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. I hope to warn others to avoid the same experience.
My wife and I hadn't visited Moe's Southwest Grill since 2020, and we noticed that the menu had gotten smaller. However, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
Upon entering Mo's, I quickly understood why it was referred to as a Mexican Subway. Despite my lack of prior knowledge, the ordering process was quick and efficient. I ordered a 'Steak Wrong Doug' and was assisted by friendly staff members at each station. The food surpassed my expectations, as it was flavorful and fresh. The complimentary chips and salsa bar was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall positive experience. I found the service to be excellent as well, with all staff members being friendly and accommodating. I understand that a bad experience with customer service can impact one's dining experience, but I firmly believe in giving restaurants a second chance if the food is excellent. If you have had a negative experience at Mo's in the past, I recommend giving it another try, as my experience was nothing but positive.
I really appreciate the staff at this restaurant, but I kindly ask that they refrain from having trainees work during the busiest time on Monday nights. It has become frustrating.
