Twin Peaks - Southgate

I travel 30 minutes to this location frequently because it's closest to me and ultimately the quality of the food is decent but the quality of the service, knowledge, and professionalism of management SU KS!!! There's an issue every time I come. Either the food takes 90 minutes to come out or it doesn't come out at all and then it takes the waitstaff/management 90 minutes to realize they don't have what you ordered. For the latter of the 2 reasons today I called ahead to ensure the entree I wanted was available BEFORE I drove 30 minutes and was told it was. Only to arrive wait almost an hour after I ordered to be told it was no longer available. To make matters worse Tony the manager was only knowledgeable of and concerned with food cost. He had zero rapport or understanding regarding customer experience nor the reason I was so upset. He did little to compensate the horrible experience despite me being a regular customer and me explaining this has happened numerous times in the past. His excuse was that his store was low volume therefore he couldn't offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience nor did he seem inclined to. He proceeded to be argumentative with another member of my party when questioned if there was ANYTHING else that could be done. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

I do not recommend it, it is a bad place, the place was alone and they made us wait more than 20 minutes, the manager or person in charge of a very bad temper received us, the table service was lousy, the food took a long time, another problem, the potatoes were not very salty They were edible and very stiff apart like they were reheated. the worst place in detroit

I guess it's a good concept. We had to get our own silverware and napkins. Other than that beers were cold, service was friendly food was not bad.Food: 3/5

4/1/23I had a Wonderful lunch here, as I have had a few other times with my best friend. There are multiple events on the TVS to choose from. My Cheeseburger was Delicious, as were the Cajun Fries I had with it. My waitress, Starla, was Awesome and very attentive throughout my meal. There is ample, handicap accessible, parking available on the north side of the restaurant. Mask are optional at this time.Rick Zorn5/2/23I enjoyed another great lunch again today. My waitress, Jasmine, was Fantastic and my food was Awesome. Jasmine suggested that I try the Apple turnovers which comes with ice cream and a caramel sauce for dessert. They were fresh from the oven with cinnamon on them also. Man they were SOooooo Delicious. Our service was great. Food came out fast and hot. JASMINE was a pleasure. She was super friendly and bubbly. We will be back. Philly cheesesteak and a Cubano both delicious.
