I had an issue with my sandwich had ordered I spoke with Eric the General manager and he was so nice, professional and understanding he immediately went in to fix the issue and replaced the sandwich with not just a sub but the chips and drink for my daughter and I….thank you
People are confused by the simplest orders, customers cut in line and tables have food o them took almost 14 mins for 2 sandwiches and 1 shake with only 1 person in line in front of
Overall satisfactory, but I have gotten my pickup order screwed up a few times.
The inside was beautiful The service was good. The food I didn't care for. With a name like Potbelly I expected more. Like I thought I would be sleep cause the food was so good. Instead I'm up looking for something else to eat.
