My food had always been great until today. The order was wrong and I'm saddened because I was looking forward to eating favorite meal from there. #9!

Sullen attitudes, this is new at this location I've used this location for over a year and the quality of service and food has diminished greatly. The cook on the grill let out the loudest sneeze. And my sub had charred bits in it..made a nother customer's wrong and got smart about it. I don't think this establishment is going to survive.

My 2nd time coming to this specific establishment. Didn't have any bread upfront, the lady asking what sandwich I would like forgot I was even in line. I watch about 3 people get there's made and I was there before them. I'll just got to the one on 12mile from now on. It's sad because this one is closer to my dialysis center

Very clean store, staff was very friendly. Excellent service and sandwich. I’ve been to the original Jersey Mike’s location in Pt. Pleasant, and this sandwich has been the closest I’ve had in Michigan.
