Bangkok City Thai Cuisine - Southfield

The food here is excellent for the price. The Chicken Curry Noodle dish is the best I've ever tasted. However, I've noticed that they are reducing portion sizes while keeping the prices unchanged. I'm not the only customer who has observed this, as we often visit for lunch. I highly recommend dining in!

I stopped by this restaurant for dinner during a work trip and had a wonderful experience! I ordered the tom kha soup and the cheesy noodles, which tasted like a delightful fusion of red curry and macaroni and cheese. It was an unconventional choice, but I was really pleased with it! The server was also very nice and friendly. Overall, a great meal!

I was really looking forward to your reopening, but unfortunately, my experience with the food today was a major letdown. Aside from the change in management, it seems like there's also a new chef, and the difference is noticeable. The food just doesn't compare to how it used to be. The rice was overcooked, the packaging felt cheap, and the spice level was nowhere near what you would expect from authentic Thai cuisine.

Outstanding experience! I can't wait to taste everything on the menu. I had been let down by other Thai restaurants in the area, but Bangkok City truly stands out. While the Tel-10 plaza might not look great from the outside, the restaurant itself is clean and welcoming.

The dishes are delicious, although they may not be entirely authentic. Worth a try!
