Panera Bread - Southern Pines

Delicious French onion soup with roast beef sandwich as a you pick 2. They always have delicious bread for a sandwich or to dip in soup! We also tried broccoli cheddar which he said was very good.Food: 5/5

I don’t understand the high rates, maybe the afternoon and morning. The evening is no good. I have been to the store twice in the evening and they don’t have good service, attitude or coffee. I could see the bread and croissants and the people they would not sell me one, telling me they are out. I walked in at 7:50pm and the store is not supposed to close until 9:00pm. So they start neglecting customers a full hour and some change before closing.

Food was cold...SOUP! staff acted as if we were an inconvenience. The other 2 couples that came in after us they treated nicely. Do not know what the problem was!! Will NIT be going back here!Food: 3/5

The food was tasty and the warm Green Godess sandwich and soup hit the spot on a cold day. It was BUSY, and only 2 self order tablets were in place and working. There was an error in my order, but it wa squick to be corrected (and then we got to keep the mistake as well, as they don't accept food back again). The dining area was under-cared for...missingcup lids, overflowing trasg receptacles, and u wiped table tops, but was likely a reflection of understaffing.
