Spent 20 minutes past the time I checked in at the curbside delivery spot waiting on my food and what I got wasn't even remotely close to what I'd ordered. Didn't realize until I'd already gotten home. No more business from me. ??
We went in tonight (Friday) and you could immediately tell that there were changes for the better. We had excellent customer service! Our waitress Ally was absolutely amazing, helpful, and extremely polite. Frankie the Manager came to check on us and he made sure everyone was having an excellent experience. We had the best food we've ever had there. We go often but will now not only come more but we will tell everyone we know about our wonderful experience!!
I ordered the catfish and was halfway through when I bit into a raw piece. Now I’m sick. Service was sub par. Food was undercooked but took forever to get to us. I can’t stand this place.
Worst experience ever. Used mobile app, order was to be ready at 10:30. 10:45 no one answering the mobile pick up. Went in side store. Order not ready. Food ready at 11:30. Food was cold and biscuits taste like they were in the refrigerator. Not only was it a long wait, I didn't even get all the food ordered. But I have appointments and can't keep waiting.
It took us a hour to get our food. Then the loaded hash browns was over cooked dry crunchy instead of soft and cheesy. And then they charged me six dollars and something for 4 ounces of the sugar cured him and only 2.99 for another piece of sugar cured ham both the same size same thickness one was $6.00 and one was $2.99. Sat and waited for a refill on our tea didn’t get one until we finished our food. We were charged for food we never received. Parking: Lots of parking available.
