Chick-fil-a - Southern Pines

Food and service were good but the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Now no Chick-fil-A has good parking but this has to take the cake as the worst one of all times. Such a gigantic company but have no clue how to design a parking lot, it's kinda sad

Chick-fil-a meals were delicious, as they always are! My only regret is that the line wrapped around the building once, before we got to the ordering kiosk. I understand that it wasn't the busiest time for them, but they could have definitely used another ordering lane then.

Always polite, courteous and fast service! And the food is delicious!

I almost always avoid chick fil a because of the line but idk why. There’s always like a million people in the drive thru that can’t be bothered to walk inside. So when you go in you have the place to yourself. Always gotta get some chicken and a milkshake. Fries are so good but they were pretty disappointing this time. Just sad and floppy. They’re always good about making stuff like that right though.

Two lines wrapped around the building. Took 10 minutes to get halfway around the first loop. If you extrapolate that out that would’ve been 10 more minutes to go back to my starting point in the center loop and then 10 more minutes to get to the window. No one was out taking orders. Although you couldn’t get into the parking lot it was so full. I decided to leave. When you have a car of kids half asleep and the second half fussing and even more so after we decided to leave. Will not be going back anytime soon.
