Waitrose - Southend-on-Sea

Went to use the post to 12pm ish. there were 2 people in the writing, so the little waiting queue that was moved there quickly. the bank was friendly and committed. interact with a laugh and smile, while the packages through the computer. once paid, she wished us a nice day. beautiful dame! would return to this experience.

Not sure what the last person was talking about because the cafe serve oat, coconut, almond and soya milk and have alway done since reopening in May 2021. Maybe if they can’t read the menu where it says all the different milk then they could of asked one of the partners who would of told them. It’s a small cafe and has jackets, soup, sandwiches, baguettes, toasties, porridge, bacon/sausage/egg and a large selection of cakes. It seems like you can’t please everyone people just moan.

A fantastic and expensive Waitrose, offering a variety of homewares, food and plants. The food court offers a great range of lunchtime snacks and plenty of offers throughout the store on popular products. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative and the store was clean, cool and welcoming.

I may be a bit partial, but I absolutely love Waitrose and John Lewis; they feel like home to me. The staff is always helpful and friendly, which makes the shopping experience enjoyable. They have a wide variety of household items, plants, and food. Plus, those tempting yellow discount stickers encourage me to try new things, and I often end up purchasing items at full price during my future visits!

I really appreciate the variety that Waitrose offers. The sushi bar is fantastic! Unfortunately, the café falls short a bit. I've had a few experiences with poor service there. The food is decent, but it could benefit from a review, particularly in terms of portion sizes and presentation. Some additional staff training would definitely be beneficial. The store has a lot to offer, especially for discerning food lovers. There's also a great selection of organic and gluten-free products.
