Toby Carvery - Southend-on-Sea

Had breakfast here to be vegan I found the options very limited, they are not for, almost left, before I found the service slow and sloppy, will not be returned

Came here to the breakfast that was out there, looked like someone who handed over. wait good 10 minutes before a chef came out, asked when more would be out and the hire on the employee was just embarrassing for toby carvery. when they pay to eat at breakfast buffet, I expect there is plenty of delicious food in the offer and I certainly do not expect a bad attitude from the staff. has always been a regular customer here, but will be harassed again. on the other side the waitress was beautiful and helpful!

Came to the breakfast and was served by lynn, which was beautiful and the food was cooked by lewis, which was delicious! thanks lynn and lewis for a beautiful brekky

Come for a meal with family, eating and service was brilliant. our waitress jo went beyond and beyond to accompany us to ensure that our 3 young children were happy and had everything they needed. she interacted with them and made the whole experience pleasant.

Always used to visit this branch of Top y Carvery, but started going to the one on Southend seafront when The Bell was shut. We thought we'd give this one a go on the way home on Tuesday night.....and very glad we did. When we...arrived we were loving the new modern' decor and got seated quickly. Once sat down, Jo introduced herself and explained how it all worked we already knew but we just let her get on with it haha. From then on NOTHING was too much trouble for Jo. My wife has allergies to certain ingredients and Jo took no time in explaining what was ohm for her to eat from the Carvery and even offered to go up to the food counter with her to help her out. Wonderful service throughout the evening from everyone there but Jo is a real superstar who we warmed to from the start. Will definitely be back and is now our first choice for Toby Carvery in Southend
