Royal Southend - Southend-on-Sea

The staff at this restaurant was unable to handle my complaint. Rather than apologizing for serving me a pizza that tasted like moldy cheese and had burnt peppers, they simply refunded my money and told me to never come back. I was taken aback by their lack of customer service and their reaction to my feedback, especially since I am a regular customer. Their attitude and response to my complaint left me feeling disgusted.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I was craving for a good roasted chicken and I must say, this is some of the best I have had in the city! Their family size portions are also very reasonably priced!

Don't underestimate this chicken restaurant based on their kebabs and pizzas, they are fantastic! Their wings, burgers, and chips are all top-notch. The staff is always friendly and the prices are great. Highly recommend.
