Qmin - Southend-on-Sea

My experience with QMIN was excellent, it was my first time ordering from them and I must say it was a great initiative from the Taj group of hotels. It's perfect for food lovers who want to enjoy restaurant-quality food at home. I ordered the veg Indian family feast from VNDD and every dish was delicious. I highly recommend QMIN to my family and friends. Special thanks to the chefs and service team for a wonderful experience. Thank you Chef Sandeep Yadav, Chef Pankaj, and Chef Ravinder for the delicious food. The service staff was also very helpful in ensuring smooth delivery and great packaging. Kapil and Dharam were great assistants to the company.

Located next to Waitrose on London Road, Qmin is a takeaway and delivery only restaurant. Despite not being a full sit-down establishment, don't let that deter you as the food here is excellent. Offering a wide selection of traditional Indian dishes as well as some unique specials, Qmin can now be conveniently ordered through JustEat for delivery. I have ordered from here twice and have been impressed with the quality of the food, generous portion sizes, and prompt and helpful delivery service. A standout dish for me was the Lamb Sag, bursting with fresh herbs and spices and incredibly flavorful. The Chicken Tikka was also delicious, and every order comes with a box of salad and condiments. I highly recommend trying out Qmin for a tasty Indian meal.

I was recommended Qmin by someone a few years ago, but I only tried ordering from them last night. Although the flavors and meat were good, we received prawn korma instead of the chicken we ordered (which seemed more like tiny shrimps, possibly frozen). The sauces were quite runny, but the onion bhajees were delicious. Overall, it was a bit disappointing and we won't be ordering from here again, as there are plenty of other options in the area.

Overall still my favourite Indian takeaway in Leigh. Tasty food, generous portions and good value for money.

Just had a delivery from Qmin and the food was quite disgusting. This is now the 2nd time recently I have had to complain as the curry was basically a watery soup. Qmin used to be the best takeaway but now it doesn’t seem to be able to produce edible food. They gave me my money back immediately and apologised . Something has gone wrong with that business!!
