Mangia Mangia - Southend-on-Sea

The staff is lovely and the food is excellent. They are extremely welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. The lack of customers is likely due to the restaurant's location (it is somewhat hidden, but close to the beach) and the fact that it has recently opened. I believe that people should try it for themselves rather than relying on reviews, but I would be surprised if there were any negative comments about the food or the venue. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to see more customers there soon!

I was celebrating a visit to my sister and we decided to dine at this restaurant. The service was very friendly and the meals were fantastic and homemade. The price was surprisingly cheap considering the quality and quantity of the food. We opted for the set menu priced at $12.95 which included caprese and bruschetta, chicken breast with a beautiful side salad, and a delicious homemade tiramisu. The food was so delicious that I can only give it 5 stars, despite having to wait a bit for our food.

We were looking for somewhere to eat that offered more than the usual beach tariff, this place from the main train we see a chance and went to investigate at this point not even know it was an Italian restaurant. we were greeted by an extremely friendly host who was very attentive and helpful. the food was excellent, freshly made and well presented; there are no children's menu, the children's meals are 50% cost of the normal fee, but were certainly not small portions. great service, we will certainly eat here again when we are in southend.

I recently visited a newly opened restaurant with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The owners were very attentive and helpful. The menu offers authentic Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. In a nutshell, I absolutely love this place.
