Las Vegas Fish Chips - Southend-on-Sea

I had a pleasant meal today, as usual. However, I found the manager to be very abrupt and rude. It seemed like everything was too much trouble for him when I spoke to him. On the other hand, the waiting staff were very friendly. I think the manager should try to be more cheerful so he doesn't drive away customers.

During a day trip, we stopped at this restaurant by the seaside for some fish and chips. All Covid safety measures were in place, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. We ordered haddock and chips twice, a buttered roll, mugs of coffee, and a huge knickerbocker glory that brought back memories from 45 years ago. The food was delicious and our waitress, Allison, was delightful. We plan to return when the weather is warmer and hopefully the pandemic is under control.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The level of cleanliness is outstanding, with the staff thoroughly cleaning everything and even washing the floor before seating the next customer. The food is exceptional, with incredibly fresh fish and scampi. My daughter absolutely loved her 1/4 pounder burger and wanted to take one home with her on the train.

Just along the sea front ,this chippy is a great place! To eat in or take away ,Very reasonable prices and the food was lovely and hot,and the lovely staff , makes Las Vegas a Gem ..I had the Haddock/chips special , bread and butter and tea all just over £8 (Nov 2019 prices .They also have a wide menu variety from pies to burgers to omelettes. Plenty of seating inside and out and extremely clean everywhere. Enjoy this great Chippy ..

I recently visited with my grandchildren for. Meal in the restaurant section. The service was excellent, friendly, helpful and quick, despite a busy Saturday before the fireworks. The fish was fresh and not at all greasy, batter crisp and chips perfectly cooked.
