Costa Coffee - Southend-on-Sea

I always recommend this restaurant for its polite and delightful service.

I am extremely thankful for the manager at the Costa in Leigh who took the time to speak with my daughter about her recycling projects. It truly made her day.

Great costa, very friendly staff. clean and tidy it was pretty busy, but the staff was on the top. some of the cakes not available, but it was quite late the day. sitting inside and outside, although I was busy, I found a light. toilet was clean, need to ask for code.

Lovely friendly staff. However the tea pots, tea glass and cutlery need to be cleaned thoroughly. Maybe more salt and rinse for cleaning dishwasher. There was also leak on toilet floor. Could prove health hazard. There was discarded face covering on floor, but staff stepped over it several times, leaving it laying on floor. Potential health hazard...covid-19!!!

Very busy coffee shop although small isn't cramped the service was good,staff friendly
