Slim Chickens - Southaven

First impressions are always important. Having said that I don?t expect perfection. This was my first time trying Slim Chickens. I went through the drive through ordered One hungry meal and one Cajun ranch sandwich. I get to the window the lady that greeted me was very friendly, with a big smile on her face, I paid and waited. I didn?t have to wait long before she handed me my food. It did not feel like the right order, the bag was very light. So I pulled up looked and sure enough it was wrong. I pulled around, went in, as soon as I got in the door good, the really nice lady who greeted me (again very nice big smile on her face), knew exactly what was wrong, apologized and immediately fixed it. For my inconvenience she offered me a dessert. So even though there was a mistake it was fixed quickly and nicely. The food was (When I got the right order) hot, fresh and very yummy! The staff was again very friendly and helpful. The prices are on the high side. You should definitely give Slim Chickens a try if you?re a chicken fanatic like me.

My first time going, the chicken was juicy and the wings were tasty. The honey bbq sauce was very good, also a great dip for my fries.

I am a huge fan of the collierville location. This was my first time at the Mississippi location. I usually give five stars for collierville but I only have two for this location. While the food was hot it just did not taste as good I usually always get what they call it half and half drink. However they forgot the other half of my drink there was no lemonade mixed with the tea just warm tea. The customer service was okay but not as amazing as the collierville location.

First time patron, the place was a little noisy due to the dinner rush, but the Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwich was awesome!! Had a vanilla shake and it was awesome as well, it actually came with a thick straw which doubled as a spoon bc it was so thick and had a very smooth texture, almost like eating frozen vanilla coolwhip. Will DEFINITELY patron this place again!

Food is amazing and one of my favorite salads in town. However, I can guarantee something will be missing from my order. First time they completely left out my husbands meal. Second time completely left out my salad. And third time left my daughters kids meal out. Check your bags before you drive off.
