Mc Alister's Deli - Southaven

I wanted to eat here with my friends today before our class schedule changed. I walked in yesterday to look at the menu and see the restaurant and thought I would try the veggie sandwich they offered. We walked there for lunch today and the 4 of us all had different items. My veggie sandwich with a side and tea was $11.31, I believe the other 2 spent more. Carmen just got broccoli cheddar soup with bread then chocolate cheesecake. I enjoyed my sandwich, though I did not like the fact all I got were some veggies and there were not much veggies and mostly the 9 grain bread. I liked the bread and all, but I wanted the vegetables more. I'm not sure I would eat there again for me being a non meat eater. I think the others liked their food okie dokie. The presentation was nice the staff was kind and the restaurant was clean.

After spending $30 on food for my take out order I needed more ranch sour cream and was told that it would be an extra charge. They literally stood there looking at my ticket going back and forth about giving me condiments ???? Even went to go get the manager. This location is very petty would not recommend. P.S They only give you one half filled cup of sour cream for your large potato

The service is alright here and it was fairly clean in the eating area. They change their menus almost every time I go in so I don?t know what is available any more and they are not serving what I like anymore either. And when I order what I want I get charged too much and they don?t bring out what I want. This location also shows Fox News incessantly on the TV which is kind of annoying because it got the people around us fired up about something. I wish businesses would just not show news so I could enjoy my food.

Ordered choose 2 that included a sandwich and salad. They put them both in the same tray, and they we?re both sloppy made. Didn?t receive utensils or salad dressing to be able to eat and the tea was nasty. Called to the store about it, and it wasn?t a big deal to them what they had done. Never will I patronize them again.

I had steak and pepper sandwich it was too tough to chew,I order 2 cups of broccoli soup one cup was good one cup was water down. Also order prime rib sandwich got a oranges cranberry club sandwich I was very disappointed after spending almost $50.00 I tried calling them to tell them about my problem no one answered then phone hangup. Fifty dollars down the drain not satisfied at all. The only reason I gave them a 3 because of service
