Fazoli's - Southaven

Worst customer service and decent food at best WOULD AVOIDAs a dine in experience the staff were very unfriendly and unapproachable. They cared more about getting the cleaning done two hours early or being in their phone to notice customers needs. They served food as to go orders instead of the normal fazolis experience. When given salads and cups we were not even given a tray to carry our food. The staff did not check on us the first time when you are supposed to get unlimited breadsticks. The air was turned down to 60 degrees and all the employees were wearing jackets. After our experience we can assume this was to deter customers from dining in.

Great place to eat. The dining area is very clean and the food is phenomenal. I love the fettuccine Alfredo. The service is very quick and polite.

I went for lunch the food came out quickly and the staff was very polite and courteous. The dining area was very clean. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting fast Italian food to visit here.

I didn't like the food. I didn't want to finish it nor did my wife. My son liked his sub sandwich though. The people were friendly and nice, but the food was not a reason to return.
