Dixie Queen - Southaven

This particular night there was only one person working. She got there at midnight. When she got there the crew before her wasn’t there and to make matters worse they left a towel in the door so she can get in. Terrible place. But she was nice and the food was fresh and good.

My daughter wasn't feeling well and she needed something cold like a shake but we got her a butterfinger ice cream and I'd bday she enjoyed it.

The cashier was pleasant and professional. We ordered hot dogs, double cheeseburgers, fries, parfait, and rice cream tarts. Everything was fresh and tasty.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have been to this Dixie Queen three times in the last 30 days and each time I left without eating. The card machine doesn't work, they need to be more precise, or the loudspeaker is broken (with no sign to inform customers). None of this excuses Dixie Queen. They need to do better!

Tonight, I arrived at the restaurant before 11 o'clock. However, when I reached the speaker to place my order, a woman informed me that the manager wouldn't come in until midnight. I decided to wait in line, but after an hour passed, I had to drive back around. Unfortunately, I waited another 45 minutes only to be told that the restaurant was closed. This was the most time I have ever wasted in a drive-through.
