Vgf Food - Southampton

This restaurant is a completely vegan and gluten-free establishment. There are numerous options available, making it tough to decide. We had the opportunity to visit on a lovely sunny day, and the outdoor seating created a delightful atmosphere. The food was delicious. My partner and I savored our essential meals of stacked heaps and potato croquettes, accompanied by fries and salad. We finished off with some ice cream.

This restaurant is fantastic! They offer a wide variety of options, all of which are completely vegan and gluten-free. Every dish is delicious. We enjoyed a meal at the Exbury Gardens before exploring the gardens, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. We tried the spicy kebab, roasted bratwurst with hash browns, BBQ ribs, cappuccino, and mocha cappuccino with melted chocolate.

I was delighted to discover this gem located in Exbury Gardens, as I had struggled to find suitable options in Beaulieu. The vegan menu was extensive and the food was absolutely delicious.

For such a small café I expected a limited selection, but the variety is huge and there is something for everyone! we enjoyed the chili hot dog, swirling rings, chic mushroom cake, sweet mais frit. we also finished the meal with some appleted tatin and apfelstrudel, which were amazing! the caffe is located outside the gardens so that a ticket to the gardens is not even needed!

Delicious food, great location and very reasonably priced. Even the 2 non vg’s with us really enjoyed it!
